The Glendale Fire Dept. along with Glendale Police Dept. invite you to participate in joint training exercises for Active Shooter and Hostile Events Response (ASHER) .
We are looking for volunteers to be role players and may be asked to be patients carried by First Responders, wear make-up and clothing that’s provided. Those with Access or Functional Needs(AFN) may watch or participate in areas better suited to accommodate. Volunteers may choose to participate on multiple days and drill exercises so wear comfortable shoes and clothes . Who: CERT members and volunteers interested in becoming CERT trained.
What: Glendale Fire Dept. and Glendale Police Dept. Joint Active Shooter Training.
When: October 9th, 10th, 16th, 18th, 19th & 20th with 3 drills per day starting at 0800-1030, 1030-1300, 1400-1630
NOTE: CERT volunteers should arrive 1hr. early to each training session for a Safety briefing
